Van 1 July to 29 August 2026 Adventurous families, couples and peace-seekers will find what they are looking for in the "boompitten" (tree pits) of Stichting Kempens Landschap on the grounds of the Franciscan Convent in Wuustwezel. The ticket sales has already started.
The tree tents are teardrop-shaped arboreal shelters by artist Dré Wapenaar in which visitors can stay overnight at a height of approximately three metres among the trees. Each tree tent can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children.
The concept combines experiencing nature, tranquility, and adventure in a unique location amidst greenery.
