Rondje Sprundel is held annually on the last Saturday in May (30 May) and is a running event for everyone: young, old, beginners, recreational runners and competitive athletes.
There are three parts:
(1) junior runs of 720 metres (ages 5-9) and 1440 metres (ages 10-14) in the village centre of Sprundel. The 720-metre run starts at 3:30 PM, the 1440-metre run starts at 3:40 PM.
The youth races are free and there are three trophies available per category, with every participant receiving a medal.
(2) a 5 km fun run for seniors, and
(3) a 10 km race for seniors through the countryside of Sprundel.
The senior matches both start at 16:00.
A smart running shirt is available free of charge for every senior, while stocks last.
Pre-registration is possible via www.rondjesprundel.nl from now until and including Wednesday 27 May.
Late registration is possible on the day of the competition itself, in the canteen of the local football club S.V. Sprundel.
Changing rooms are available for changing and showering.
