Cheese farm Butcher's block is a family business in Sprundel where agricultural work and craftsmanship go hand in hand. Here milk and cows are cared for themselves, and the milk is directly processed into dairy products such as cheese, yoghurt and milk under their own brand.

In the Farm shop You can find an extensive range: various types of cheese (including vegetarian options), dairy products, meat from our own farm, artisanal products such as jams, honey, chocolate, and gift baskets. Additionally, there is a Vending machine that is open 24/7 - ideal for buying products outside of shop hours.

For visitors there are also cheese-making workshops tours available, so you can not only taste, but also get a glimpse into the production process. At Ossenblok, it's all about experience, taste, and connection with agricultural life.
